BODY
-custom “solo” café seat cowl with hump and seat upholstery
-Metallic dark orange paint job with black accents and pint striping
BRAKES
-the front brake calipers were removed from a 1970 goldwing and rebuilt
-rear calipers are factory style
-Both front and rear upgraded to stainless steel braided lines
-all three rotors were drilled for better heat dissipation
-all brake calipers pins regreased
– Rear brake master cylinder has been switched to a brembo unit with a custom bracket and hydraulic type brake light switch
DRIVETRAIN
-Engine now reflects just over 5000 miles. has been rebuilt to a bored out 836cc motor
-the stock carbs were replaced with Keihin CR Special Carbs in order to keep up with engines fuel demands. carbs were paired with K&N air filters.
-engine has a one piece ceramic coated exhaust header system
-clutch was replaced barnett kevlar clutch kit along with heavy duty clutch springs.
-new lines and hoses , oil inlet and return line are braided stainless steel lines
-oil filter housing was replaced with the spin on oil filter conversion
-engine is finished with combination of inner semi gloss and out high gloss finish
-fined engine covers
-chain and sprockets were converted to a 530 set up for ease of replacement.
ELECTRICAL
-ignition was updated to an electronic style
-wiring was completely redone
-fuse box was upgraded to blade style
-mini turn signals
-new switches on the bars
-new battery
GAUGES
-oil gauge added to the oil galley fitting on the right side of the eng.
-both speedometer and tachometer were rebuilt with new black gauge faces and red left lights mated to a custom gauge bracket.
-clip ons added on top of the triple clamp for a comfortable upright seating position
-non factory master cylinder is added to match the demand of the bigger calipers
-aftermarket motion pro style clutch lever added for full adjustability
-rear sets including hell guard were replaced
-re machined top triple clamp to lighten it up
-bar end style mirrors added
SUSPENSION /CHASSIS
-Front suspension was upgraded to forks and triple clamp off of a 1970 goldwing
– front forks were rebuilt with fresh oil , progressive springs and preload adjusters
-rear has a customer box style swing arm with spools held up by IKON progressive rear shocks
-the Comstar wheels were replaced by custom laced steel spooked black rim wire wheels wrapped with Avon tires and have self balancing beads in them for the continues balancing
