Thank you for taking the time to check out this very fun and very well put together bike!

This is the latest custom from Brick House Builds in Missouri and is ready to go to its new home.  The bike is a 1980 GS450E model that was original when purchased before being turned into the lightweight cafe racer you see here.  The tail has been shortened 10 inches with the factory cowl being moved forward to retain the factory lines and factory paint!  This gives the bike a very unique factory race look which you don’t see often.  A custom seat has been made for the bike and was upholstered professionally for  a very clean look that is very plush and comfortable.  This bike has many new parts so lets get to that list below:

Case split, resealed with new clutch puchrod seal, shifter seal, all cover gaskets before being thoroughly cleaned/prepped/painted in gloss black.  Case covers are held on by new stainless allen head hardware.  Exhaust consists of a modified MAC 2 into 1 header and muffler for a good tone!

Disassembled, cleaned, jetted per filter setup, and vacuum synchronized once on the bike

Harness has been simplified to just what the bike requires and routed to fit accordingly.  Professionally done like everything else.  New 5 3/4″ headlight with halo ring.  Very clean and safe to boot.  Bike has no turn signals.

Suspension/steering/foot controls:

New rear shocks, rebuilt front forks(cleaned, new fork seals, new dust caps, painted lower legs), cleaned and re-greased triple bearings, new clip on handlebars with new controls for clutch, throttle, and brake. New stainless front brake line.  The frame has been modified to accept rearset foot controls with modified brake linkage and custom shift linkage. Rear swingarm bushings have been cleaned and re-greased before being reinstalled with a new gold 430 chain.

The factory wheels have been powdercoated in gold with new Avon tires fitted. Simple and effective!

Overall this is a very fun bike that is great in the city or some tight back country roads!  It always turns heads and will always be a great conversation starter at the local bike nights!  Don’t miss out on this very well done bike for a very fair price!  Feel free to check out my other work on either Facebook or Instagram under Brick House Builds LLC.
