Professionally custom built Harley Davidson Cafe racer.

Started out at a 2008 Nightster

Engine:   Professional rebuild with Zipper Hammer kit (look it up),  Dark Horse crank, competition clutch, Zipper chain conversion for strength, Vance &Hines Competition drag 2 into 1  pipe.  It is loud.   Has an oil cooler mounted on the front frame

               2.5 lb 25 HP NItrous boost

               Have Dyno sheet:      94 HP  84 Torque at the rear wheel without the Nitrous

Roland sands “clip on” Cafe handle bars, Roland sands Rear peg and shifter (currently set up GP style with 1 up/4 down).  Makes cornering left easier and faster shifts

Speedometer:  Upgraded with Harley Davidson Speedometer/Tach.   Roland Sands Speedometer re-locator so it does not stick up like a tumor as stock did

Brakes:     Converted to dual front brakes to help stop this thing.   Roland Sand Black-Op rotors front and rear.   Hawghalters 4 piston calipers front and rear

Wheels:    Custom wide swing arm kit now has 200/18 rear and 120/18 front.   Wheels are “Ride-Wright” custom 80 spoke $1200.00 a piece wheels

Tires:        Road sport sticky

Suspension:   Complete custom adjustable front and rear “RaceTech” suspension.  Currently set up for a 165lb rider, but adjustable.  Much nicer and more adjustable than the                             usual “progressive” suspension most people use….also more expensive.  Look up Racetech.con

Body:   Seat and rear fender are custom from Thunder-bike Harley Davidson out of Germany.  You’ll not find too many like it here in the states

            Perfect custom paint – (similar to British racing green)   The “13” on the side cover is painted on, not decals.

            7 inch Lucas Headlight

Gas tank:   Converted from the 3.3 peanut tank to a sportster 4.5 gallon tank.   The peanut does not look right with the lines of a cafe racer and sits too high.  The one on it is                           lower and the extra fuel helps.

I have receipts for everything and have over $23000.00 into it.     I know, expensive Sportster, but it is kind of bad and fun

I have thoroughly enjoyed this bike and built it to be my last until I couldn’t ride it anymore.  That said….along comes a woman that I care about enough to marry and she seems to want me to stick around so I guess I sell it.

It is a beautiful stand out bike that runs as good as it looks.  Many non-bike people don’t even know what it is.  I often come back to find people actively taking pictures of it or occasionally a little note left on it with admiration.  It sure surprises the hell out of the “crotch rocket” boys when running with them!
