This bike was from Georgia and in pretty rough shape (see pictures) upon being acquired by Fuel Infected Cycles for the complete Cafe’ treatment. The work performed is as follows:
Complete tear-down of the bike, including total from the ground up refresh of the engine (new pistons, new valves, extensive machine work performed, head ported and polished, 3 angle valve job, HP springs, Increased CR.)
Frame restoration – Rust elimination, inspection, new paint, and modification
Relocation of the Oil tank and fabrication of a new one (the 750 is a Dry-sump oil system requiring an external oil tank)
Gas tank internally sealed, paint, and dent repair
Hand made custom seat
All new vehicle electronics and electrical systems and components (custom harness, Lithium Ion battery, electronic ignition system, LED lights ect.)
New suspension front and rear: Springs (variable ratio), shocks, forks and hardware
New brakes (front and rear), tires, chain, battery, air filter elements, fuel filter, exhaust (delveck 4 to 1), clutch
Custom rear-set controls for a more aggressive riding position
