This fine example of a CB750F starts with a modified 1976 F frame. It has a Fantail allowing for 14” Showa piggyback hydraulic shocks. The swingarm is off of a 1979 F model, which is a bit longer, these changes along with new precision springs in the front allow for superior handling and stability. The swingarm has Joker Machine chain Adjustment screws.
The frame struts above the engine have a spliced in H frame member so that the engine head can be adjusted without pulling the engine. This frame member comes from Carpy’s.
The frame is further modified with an electrical components box. Structurally built and welded into place to strengthen and make rigid the frame
To assure a tight strong ride, as well as to support the custom made chrome cylinder oil tank.
Electrical components are mounted to a heavy rubberized pad in the box for easy access, and to assure proper grounding.
The engine is a K7 series, next to the last issue. It has been completely rebuilt. It is .5 over, with the pistons from CycleX, 3 oil rings and coated for over heating. Top quality. New Allen head cap screws throughout. New Gold 630 O-ring drive chain w/new sprockets Supplies power to the rear. The new sprockets are 14/38 ratio. This favors high end.
