This is the latest and probably the last Triumph 650 bobber to be built here at Hartz Bros Custom Cycle. For the last 16 years we have been one of a few shops that built these bikes. It’s been an honor and a privilege to be a part of this group of people that worked on and built these motorcycles. As with anything in life we move on. Last year I got an order for a bike from a gentleman overseas, with parts being scarce and prices exploding it took a while to get it done.. in that time he got sick, and import laws just got tougher every day, so… he decided he couldn’t go through with the sale. Now I have a finished bike with no owner and of course I would like to keep the bike just like all of them. It’s not in the cards, and I would like to give him his deposit back in full. So up on eBay it goes. I will not be taking anymore orders for bikes, this is it! Probably your last chance to get one of my bikes.

This is a matching numbers 1969 T120R front frame section/engine cases. Freshly bored 40 over cylinders with new pistons/rings, new guides, valves, springs in the cylinder head. New main bearings and rod bearings for the mint crankshaft. Removed and cleaned the sludge tube of course. New clutch plates, basket, primary chain, stator and rotor for the primary side. Trans was mint when torn down so new main shaft bearings and needle bearings were installed, soda blasted the cases and fixed the chain blowout that 90% of them have.. no expense spared on this build.. best of the best.. Jay from Choppahead painted the gas tank.. also provided me with most of the new parts for this build (vintage triumph supply) Lowbrow customs hard tail, rear fender and oil tank. Antigravity 8 cell battery, 2005 and up Harley Sportster front end, new Brembo caliper and pads, new brake line, Biltwell recoil grips, TC bros 21” brand new front rim, original Dunlop 18” rear rim was powder coated and laced with new spokes from Buchanan’s. Harley clutch cable adapted to fit triumph. Brand new light weight alloy Amal 930 concentric carbs. Red tail leather seat. The mounts don’t line up and I would have liked to use our normal supplier that makes seats with 6” mounts but ya know, things didn’t work out. Highest quality powder coat as always from Champion Performance. Found some whitewall vintage type Shinkos for tires.. have had good luck with Shinko tires so far.. Drag specialties black headlight and of course No School Choppers always comes thru with the side mount plate brackets and taillights.
I’m sure I forgot some stuff but you can see in the pics it’s the real deal.. not some thrown together pile.. look us up we have been around.. I will have a transferable NY registration for this bike in a week or 2. It is registered, insured and on the road right now. Price is what it would cost you to have me build a bike right now in today’s prices.. cash is worthless… you cant ride gold around the block and make your neighbors jealous.. send me offers. I’ll consider crypto for payment. BTC ETH XRP.. Email me with questions… Thank you for looking at this fine vintage Triumph motorcycle.
