In many ways a MUCH better designed and built bike than the BSA A7 model it’s design was partially borrowed from.
Many BSA A7 specific parts will fit… Tires, chains, gators, cables etc….
Paint on rear fender showing small pitting under paint in old chrome.
Two prime kicks.
One start kick.
Blows Triumph Bonneville 650’s into the weeds.
This bike is a blast on country back roads.
Very nimble in traffic and that’s why it was THE number one choice of the Japanese National Police Force for multiple years.
No speedometer or tachometer.
Factory service manual included.
Total miles unknown but recent top end rebuild likely only has 200-250 miles on it.
Lower end tolerances and condition was inspected in 2014 and everything is in spec.
Bike / drive train had approximately 6,000 miles on it when it was put in dry storage in the early 1980’s.
I’m really pained about selling it as it’s been loved and in the family for nearly 50 years but my knees simply don’t work well anymore without floor boards, windshields, etc.
