1994 BMW K1100 GS Custom Café Racer

I’m the third owner of this bike, but have never even ridden it!  Might have been a mid-life crisis purchase.  Anyhow, I fractured 2 vertebrae (ziplining, not on the motorcycle) and decided learning to ride a bike this big in my 40’s was a bad idea.

In its former life, this was a fully dressed GS touring bike weighing nearly 1200 pounds and was rebuilt to be nimbler and fun to ride.  The bike is now 450 pounds lighter now.  The frame, tail-section, fender, seat and lighting have been modified to get to the café racer look.

BMW K motors are called ‘flying bricks’ and are very solid.  This uses/burns no oil, runs great and sounds amazing.  The bike includes:

·         new stainless steel brake lines f/rear

·         new LED taillight assembly

·         new halogen headlight w/ wire mesh cover
