The engine was completely disassembled and underwent a complete rebuild of all components. All gaskets, seals, o-rings, and consumables were replaced. New piston rings, all valves were cleaned, inspected, and adjusted, along with new clutch and flywheel servicing. The fuel tank and fuel system went through a thorough cleaning, rebuilding and servicing procedure. The original internal sealant was stripped and cleaned. The inside was resealed with a new coat of internal fuel tank sealer. The original Bing carburetors were also disassembled, rebuilt, and adjusted. The front suspension was rebuilt of seals, lowering springs, fork oil, and bump stops. The original calipers were refinished, fresh brake pads were installed with stainless steel brake lines by CoreMoto. The old original wiring for this machine was completely removed and replaced with an M-Unit Blue by Motogadget. This component is the main brain and bus for the entire electrical system of the machine. No more fuses! No more starter, load shed, horn, or flasher relays are needed. This unit is able to automatically perform the tasks of these relays and fuses all within itself. This machine truly is one of a kind and there is not another one like it on any road.
